Hire Us for Your Event
HOw does it work?
We arrive an hour before your event to set up the secure bike corral. Our staff is on site until 30 minutes after the event finishes, ensuring the safety of the bikes, Then we pack up, clean up and head home. If you have the space,we take care of the rest.
What is included in the service?
- Ticketed, secure bike parking for the duration of your event;
- Professional staff
- Secure fencing
- Directional signage for cyclists
How much does it cost?
We base our price on the number of hours, total capacity and number of dates booked. This usually ranges from $500 to $1000 per event date (based on $100/hr). We realize every event is different, so we are as flexible as possible. Contact us for a quote for your event.
Can you work with our Event Sponsors?
We can absolutely work with your event sponsors to provide cross promotion of their products on our corral fencing. We can even work out to promote them, along with your event on our website.
How many bikes can you accommodate and how soon should we book?
The sooner you book, the better for everyone, however, we have provided valet service for over 100 bikes with 2 days notice. Secure bike parking is our priority, so anything over 200 bikes will require a bit more lead time and a special quote.
How many staff are on site?
We always have a minimum of 1 staff member on site. We usually work with 2 to 3 for up to 200 bikes.
How do we know you will fit within our site plan?
We have over 10 years if event management experience, specific to temporary event locations. We will do a site visit ahead of time and ensure that our set up fits within your layout.
Are you able to provide service for seasonal events?
Absolutely! We have provided a weekly service for the Whistler Farmers' Market since 2017 and provide special event service for the Whistler Presents Concert Series on a regular basis.
